Orderly Predict

For a Predict round symbol (<binary_symbol>), trade pushes use UP book semantics: price and side always reflect the UP side, with no added Predict fields. Compute the DOWN-side display price on the client as 1 - price. See Market Data for the UP-book model this reflects.
